Revolutionary was published posthumously. It has 3 parts and a short Conclusion. It shows Nkrumah's scholarship and contains some previously unpublished documents and a secret agreement signed between Nkrumah and Patrice Lumumba for the formation of a Federal government of the Congo (now Zaire) and Ghana with the capital in Leopoldville (now Kinshasa) This government would have covered Defence, Foreign Affairs and a common currency and economic planning and development in its entirety. It failed because of the sudden breakdown of the Lumumba government, the circumstances which has been outlined in Nkrumah's 'The Challenge of the Congo'
